We do ask that all enquiries are via one of the above mentioned methods in order to keep a email trail for both customer and TG Coaches.

Coaches with toilets are subject to availability at the time of booking. Please make TG Coaches aware if you require a coach with WC and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We advise all our customers to gather all required information and book as early as possible. Should the date you are requesting be unavailable we are happy to carry out availability checks on alternative dates.

TG Coaches provides transportation for local and long distance trips. Provide us with details and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

TG Coaches can certainly assist you with itinerary planning and route suggestions.

Payment is taken at the time of booking by sending you a stripe payment link. Once payment has been received by TG Coaches your booking is considered confirmed. We cannot confirm bookings without payment.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Changes can be made to your booking by emailing tgcoaches@minicabservices.com

Once you have notified us of the changes you wish to make, TG Coaches will advise you if the changes have impacted the original quotation. (reduced or increased the cost of your booking)

Depending on the changes made (eg: If it is a change in capacity/timings) TG Coaches reserves the right to re check availability and advise accordingly.

All our fares are mileage based along with other applicable costs built in. Extra stops will incur extra costs.

In the event of cancellation by the hirer the operator reserves the right to retain a percentage of the total booking price. The hirer shall be liable to the operator for any losses incurred by the operator as a result of the cancellation or part cancellation but not exceeding the full cost of the hiring.

The amount retained will be calculated as follows:-

Cancellations 14 Days or less – 25% of total booking price

Cancellations 5 Days or less prior to date of hiring – 50% of total booking price

Cancellations 2 days or less to date of hiring – 100% of total booking price

 

Cancellation due to inclement weather conditions will be charged as above.

 

The stripe charge will always be retained where refunds are issued.

We hold an additional £100 on all coach bookings which is returned to the hirer upon completion of the booking and upon inspection of the vehicle for soiling, damage and/or excess litter.

TG Coaches prioritises safety above all else and are dedicated to ensuring that our coaches are equipped with the necessary safety features and meet or exceed regulatory standards. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.

All our drivers are licensed, experienced, and trained extensively in safety procedures to ensure the well-being of our passengers. Furthermore TG Coach drivers also undergo enhanced DBS (disclosure and barring services) checks as part of our vetting process.
